Helen’s teaching nurtures inclusive, relational environments for creative learning through sharing. In movement this may manifest through somatic practices, guided improvisation, creative explorations through art...In dialogue through stimulating reflection, reflexivity, critical thinking, sharing, and community learning. Underpinning Helen's teaching and facilitation is a philosophy of relational and embodied approaches to being, and learning together.

Teaching and Learning may take place in-person or online, or a combination of both. Helen has extensive experience of developing active virtual learning environments and facilitating a sense of belonging through being a part of a learning community while learning at distance. Equally, Helen's teaching finds home in studios, community centres, schools, universities and specific site-based contexts. Underpinning Helen's teaching is the philiosophy of learning together in community and the creation of relational, transactional spaces is central to this.
